The Sunshine Art Therapy workshop is a full day workshop which explores and looks for the sun in your life. Fun, movement, meditation, art play with joy. If you feel a need to have a family fun or just a small group of friends this is a great day of exploration.
It is very helpful depression, someone lacking get up and go in their life, loss of someone close to you or just for fun and letting go of the pressures of life. Come and bring a little ray of sunshine into your life.
